All events submitted to the FCCVB will not be displayed until the staff can review the submitted event. If you have any questions or comments please use our contact form.

Note: You must submit your event 1 week prior to start date to insure that your event will be displayed on time.

Submit Event Help

Event Title: This is the name of your event.
Location: The address or location of your event
Recurring Event: Use this option if you want your event to recur on selected days, if your event recurs every day from your start date to end date select "No" for the "Recurring Event" option. Your start date must fall on the day of the week that you have selected for it to repeat on. Example: You have selected Mon, Wed and Fri for your event to repeat on, your start date must be on one of those days.
Start/End Date: Select the date the events starts to the end of the event.
Start/End Time: Select the start and end time of the event. If your event has different start and end times for different days, please submit each day separately.
Website: If your event has a website please enter it here, this will need to be in the form of http://www.yoursite.com. If you do not have a website please leave blank.
Tickets Phone: Enter in the phone number to call for tickets.
Tickets Email: Please enter in the email address that people will contact to get tickets or questions about your event.
Tickets URL: Please enter in the website address of where tickets can be purchased or more information about tickets.
Contact Name: Please enter in the contact name for this event if you do not wish this to be displayed on the events page please selects the “Display” option to “No”.
Contact Email: This will be a contact email for your event that you wish people or FCCVB to email about your event, only one email address is allowed.
Contact Phone: A contact phone number for your event, this must include the area code or 800 number.
Event Type: Select from the drop down list the type that your event falls under; if this is not listed please select other.
Event Description: Enter in a brief description of your event and any important information about the event.
